There are many types of art fields pertaining to the media. You could be someone who works in television or movies, someone who works in the written word, or even a graphic designer. There are many ways to be able to be a part of the world of media.

A television set has a lot of moving parts. A producer oversees the filming direction and the moving parts around it. A video editor edits the videos using modern technology to splice clips together in the most competent fashion. A screenwriter writes all the dialogue for the television or movie production.

Written word could be completed in a blog. A blogger can profit either from advertisement revenue or paywalls. Technical writers review and edit instructional columns and informational manuals or books. An editor does a final review of all productions and works on any type of media to fix any flaws.

A graphic designer makes logos and text for companies and products to sell an image. An art director directs all media and production. They have to oversee the means and methods in which an art product is made.

As you can briefly see, there are many methods in which someone could enter the art industry.
